DNBSEQ™ provides the advantages of low amplification error rates from DNBs and high-density Patterned Arrays to significantly improve the accuracy of sequencing with a low repetition rate.
Combined with the PCR-free library preparation approach, it reduces the error of entry during amplification and greatly improves the accuracy of detecting SNPs and indels.
The compact and flexible benchtop sequencer DNBSEQ-G50 empowers flexibility and creates a perfect balance between speed and affordability. Offering different read length options for two different flow cell types, it can support a wide range of research and clinical applications.

Enhance your daily sequencing capabilities with DNBSEQ-G50
DNBSEQ-G50 is a compact and flexible benchtop genetic sequencer. The design of two different flowcells empowers flexibility and creates a perfect balance between speed and affordability. FCS (Flow Cell Small) allows short turnaround time for short turnaround time (STAT) samples, and FCL (Flow Cell Large) enables lower cost per sample.
DNBSEQ-G50 offers 3-4 read length options for both FCS and FCL, which support a wide range of research and clinical applications such as low-pass whole genome sequencing, targeted sequencing, small whole genome sequencing, RNA sequencing and whole exome sequencing, etc.
Output: 10~- 150 Gb per run
Flow cells: 75-100M (FCS), 500M (FCL)
Read Length: SE50, SE100, PE100, PE150
Applications: Small whole genome sequencing, targeted DNA/RNA panels, low-pass whole genome sequencing
