Our technology
Our technology
STOmics’ proprietary Stereo-seq (SpaTial Enhanced REsolution Omics-sequencing) technology enables large field-of-view and subcellular resolution spatial biology studies.
It captures RNA in situ from fresh frozen tissue or FFPE samples, restores spatial data via barcoded Coordinate IDs, and generates spatial gene expression profiles through DNBSEQ™ sequencing. This approach accelerates research into the interplay of gene expression, cell morphology, and microenvironments.
